In Kingston, we are an ambitious, forward thinking London Borough with a substantial growth and regeneration agenda. Our ambition is matched by our strong desire to work with our communities to deliver these improvements whilst continuing to preserve and enhance our historical buildings, parks and gardens and remain one of the best shopping destinations to visit in the UK.

Our Building Control, Planning and Regeneration Teams work closely together and in partnership with our chosen developers, to jointly deliver a wide range of projects across the borough. Our projects vary in size and scale and are a mix of new developments and redevelopment. Typical projects could include new housing developments, shopping centres, creating new public spaces to name just a few. You can read more about some of our projects here.
